Sea Isle City Home Sales for the Month of July 2008

We had a total of 14 properties settle this past month.  This included 12 townhomes ranging in price from $435,000 to $1,200,000 with an average 169 days on the market.  One single family home sold for $685,000 on a 27 x 100 lot that was built in 2006.  Also, one duplex sold for $362,500

There are a total of 20 listings currently "under contract".  They consist of three condo's ranging from $315,000 to $539,000.  Two single family homes priced at $875,000 and $1,599,000.  Two duplex properties for $699,000 and $795,000.  A triplex listed at $2,600,000. Two vacant lots listed for $634,500 and $749,900.

There are 261 homes for sale in Sea Isle City at this time.  They consist of 77 condo units  ranging in price from $169,000 to $2,299,000 with an average price of $563,957.  The average time on the market is 203 days. There are 140 townhomes for sale ranging in price from $449,000 to $2,200,000 with an average of 253 days on the market.  There are two Commercial/Industrial listings on the market for $25,000 and $667,031 with an average of 204 days on the market.  There are 25 Single family homes ranging in price from $325,000 to $2,250,000.  There are five vacant lots priced at $515,000 to $1,350,000 with an averagoe of 508 days on the market.  Three office/Professional properties round off the list with an average 342 days on the market and prices from $204,037 to $549,900.
